The collective success of a region benefits the individual parties involved. A wealth of opportunities exists in and around Pedasi, however capitalizing on them requires significant first hand experience and local operational know-how. The Pedasi Foundation aims to ease the difficulties associated with investing and developing in the region. TPF has been founded by Jesse Levin of Archer Group Investments and a group of foreign/domestic investors and other market participants who have been actively investing in Panamanian real estate with specific focus on the Azuero Peninsula for over five years. With an innate understanding of the cultural, legal, and operational nuances inherent to the region, the TPF aims to serve as an all-encompassing resource base to guide current and prospective market participants through the trials and tribulations of conducting business in the Pedasi arena.

Through facilitating collaboration between, private and institutional investors, local community members and appropriate government authorities via an online forum, the organization of bi-monthly meetings, and the posting of updated news on an interactive discussion board, The Pedasi Foundation, works to enable an organized, efficient, and sustainable development process.
